Fetal movement cannot be felt at 15 weeks of gestation, and only a small percentage of pregnant women can feel it.
Fetal movement is the fetal body activity, although about 10 weeks the fetus will have physical activity, but pregnant women generally in 18 ~ 22 weeks (that is, 20 weeks or so) will be conscious of fetal movement, and with the process of gestation gradually enhanced, in 32 ~ 34 weeks to reach the peak. Fetal movement is generally more active at night and in the afternoon, and also more active when the pregnant woman eats, changes position, and so on.
The earliest or later fetal movement is related to the thickness of the abdominal wall, the amount of amniotic fluid, and the sensitivity of the pregnant woman herself. Therefore, although fetal movement is generally felt around 20 weeks of pregnancy, some pregnant women can feel it at 15 weeks.
Frequent or reduced fetal movement may be related to the presence of fetal hypoxia, etc. Therefore, it is generally recommended to count and record the number of fetal movements every day after you start to feel them, and consult a doctor in time if any abnormality occurs.
