Palmar pustulosis is a special type of pustular psoriasis, which belongs to limited pustular psoriasis. The lesions are confined to the palms of the hands and the feet and plantars, and are symmetrically distributed, with the palms most commonly found between the small and large fissures, which can be extended to the palms, the backs of the hands and the fingers, and the plantars most commonly found in the mid- and medial metatarsals. The effect of general therapy is not good, often easy to recur, seriously affecting the life of patients.
