The targeted drug currently used for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is rituximab, in combination with other chemotherapeutic agents. Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is the most common type of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, and one that has a high degree of aggressiveness. It is often treated with rituximab because its cancer cells often express CD20 receptors on their surface. The preferred treatment regimen for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is the R-CHOP regimen, where R is rituximab, C is cyclophosphamide, H is doxorubicin, O is vincristine, and P is prednisone. In addition to this, in the case of refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, where drugs are less effective, a second-line treatment option is autologous stem cell transplantation. The emergence of diffuse large B lymphoma, need to actively seek medical attention, drugs need to be rationally applied under the guidance of physicians, do not self-medication.
