Can arrhythmias with premature beats be cured?

Whether premature beats in arrhythmias can be cured depends on their type and whether they are combined with underlying disease. Premature beats in arrhythmias are common in both functional and pathological states. In functional states, premature beats can be reversed or eliminated after staying up late, exertion, nervousness, and consumption of strong tea, alcohol, or coffee, if the trigger is avoided. Pathological premature contractions are common in all types of organic heart disease. In the case of ischemic heart disease, premature beats can be eradicated with interventional therapy based on medication or surgical bypass surgery to remove the underlying cause. For premature beats that cannot be eradicated, radiofrequency ablation can be performed to reduce their onset.
