What can I eat to effectively relieve a bland and tasteless mouth

Mouth blandness and tastelessness refers to the situation where the sense of taste in the mouth is diminished, and the mouth is bland and unable to taste the food and drink. The clinician selects the treatment according to the patient’s specific situation after the identification of Chinese medicine. Generally, it is mostly identified as weak spleen and stomach, dampness blocking the middle Jiao and other evidence. The blandness and tastelessness of the mouth can be relieved by taking Chinese medicines such as Xiangsha Liu Jun Zi Tang, Huo Park Xia Ling Tang, San Ren Tang, and so on.
1. Weakness of the spleen and stomach: often accompanied by loss of appetite, fatigue (mental exhaustion, physical weakness), epigastric congestion and abdominal distension, loose stools (loose stools are not shaped) and other symptoms, with a pale tongue, white moss, and a weak pulse. Clinically, Xiangsha Liujunzi Tang can be chosen for treatment. Its adverse effects and contraindications are not clear at present.
2. Dampness obstructing the middle Jiao Certificate: sticky and greasy in the mouth, tasteless diet, dullness (no appetite, reduced food intake), chest and epigastric constriction (feeling fullness and stuffiness in the chest and abdomen), nausea and desire to vomit, and loose stools, etc., with pale tongue, greasy moss, and moistened pulse. Clinically, Huo Park Xia Ling Tang or San Ren Tang may be chosen for treatment. The adverse effects and contraindications of Huo Park Xia Ling Tang are not clear at present. San Ren Tang should not be used if the tongue is yellowish and greasy and heat is more important than dampness.
