Difference between Qing Jing San and Qing Jing Tang

Qing Jing Tang should refer to Qing Jing San, there is no such formula as Qing Jing Tang.
The medicinal composition of Qing Jing San is Mudan Pi, Di Biao Pi, Bai Shao, Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, Artemisiae, Poria, and Phellodendron Bark. It has the effect of clearing heat and cooling blood (relieving blood heat by clearing heat). Indications: Excessive water and fire in the kidneys, heavy menstrual flow at the onset of menstruation, dark red or purple in color, sticky and thick in texture, red tongue with yellow fur and number of pulses.
In Qingjing San, Mudanpi, Artemisia annua and Cyperus rotundus clear away heat and drain away fire, Radix et Rhizoma Dioscoreae and Radix et Rhizoma Dioscoreae clear away heat and cool down the blood, Poriae moves the water to drain away heat and Radix et Rhizoma Dioscoreae soften the liver and yin and Radix et Rhizoma Dioscoreae softens the liver and yin. In modern times, it is often used in the treatment of pre-menstrual period, excessive menstruation, reversal of menstruation, menstrual discharge, menstrual swelling, and so on.
