How to replenish qi and blood



Commonly used proprietary Chinese medicines to replenish qi and blood include Bazhen Pill and Shiquan Daxin Oral Liquid.

Ba Zhen Wan has the effect of tonifying qi and benefiting blood, and is used to treat conditions such as yellowish complexion (yellowish color without luster) and weakness of limbs due to deficiency of qi and blood. The adverse reactions and contraindications of this product are not clear.

Shiquan Daxin Oral Liquid has the efficacy of warming qi and blood, and is used for the treatment of conditions such as pale face, shortness of breath and palpitation (accelerated heartbeat, often accompanied by panic), dizziness and spontaneous sweating (involuntary sweating during the daytime, aggravated by sweating with slight movement) due to deficiency of qi and blood, and lack of warmth in the limbs. This product is contraindicated for pregnant women, and is contraindicated for those who are physically strong but not weak. The adverse reactions of this product are not clear.
