In my gynecology clinic, I often meet patients with unwanted pregnancies who ask for abortion or medication, especially unmarried teenage patients. In addition to the physical trauma and pain, they also suffer from great mental pressure, and often go to less crowded private clinics or small hospitals to dispose of their cases, which leads to excessive or permanent damage to the endometrium, causing repeated miscarriages, failure of embryo implantation, etc. Therefore, it is a very heavy mental and financial burden on the family members. Therefore, the mental shock and economic burden on the family members is very heavy. Since our country has enacted a law prohibiting surrogacy since 2002, patients whose uterine abnormalities affect pregnancy cannot obtain offspring by means of surrogacy. Therefore, it is suggested that parents, schools and social forces should strengthen the publicity and education on reasonable contraception for teenagers and women in their reproductive years, so as to reduce unwanted pregnancies, and in case of unwanted pregnancies, it is hoped that the family and the society will pay attention to them and help create conditions suitable for childbearing, so as to minimize the damages brought about by induced abortions and purging of the uterus, and to reduce the incidence of uterine infertility.
