Is the yellowing of the postpartum milk almost finished

The yellowing of the postpartum dew may mean that it is almost over, but it depends on the condition. If the postpartum dew turns light yellow and has no odor, it means that it will end. If the milk is heavy in color and smells bad, it is an abnormal condition and should be seen by the obstetrics and gynecology department in time. When the postpartum dew is about to end, it is usually light yellow or white, which can contain a large number of white blood cells and meconium cells, similar to leucorrhea, and the amount of dew is about 500-1000ml, with a slight bloody smell and no odor. If the color of the nightmare turns yellow and has a foul smell, it is mostly due to bacterial infection, such as vaginitis, endometritis, pelvic inflammatory disease, etc., often accompanied by fever, clinically known as puerperal infection, which requires timely treatment. Postpartum women can use medical maternity pads to understand the color and amount of malodorous dew. Once you find out that the dew is incomplete and the color changes, you should go to the gynecology department in time. Generally, bloody nightmare ends about 5 days after delivery and plasma nightmare ends about 10 days after delivery. In order to make the postpartum dew drained as soon as possible, patients should pay attention to replenishing blood during the menstrual period, eat foods such as hawthorn, aconite and lotus root in appropriate amounts, and pay attention to keeping warm and ensuring personal hygiene.
