Are your teeth healthy?

There are five major criteria for dental health: neat teeth, no cavities, no pain, normal gum color and no bleeding. So do I need to see a dentist if there is no problem with my teeth? How often is it better to have a checkup? Due to the special nature of tooth structure, early tooth destruction is not easy to be detected, especially when the pace of work and life is fast. Because early dental disease does not have obvious clinical symptoms, or the symptoms are mild and easy to be ignored, only when the damage reaches the inner part of the tooth will it produce painful sensations, and then the treatment is already very damaging to the tooth. Therefore, it is important to keep in touch with a professional dentist who will examine your teeth and gums with X-rays to confirm their health, and who can also professionally clean your teeth and remove plaque and calculus that have hardened on the tooth surface and gum sulcus. Therefore, to maintain your dental health, it is recommended to visit your dentist twice a year to establish a regular check-up system to minimize dental damage. Pay attention to choose regular dental clinics or hospitals for scaling and oral health check-ups, so that any problems can be detected and dealt with early.
