Abdominal fasciitis belly redness may be a localized symptom of acute necrotizing fasciitis caused by a bacterial infection.Myofasciitis may also be caused by a suppurative bacterial infection, which may cause localized redness, swelling, and pain, and heaving sensation if pus forms. It may also show signs of generalized heat and chills, loss of appetite and weight loss. Necrotizing fasciitis typically has both local and systemic symptoms. Local symptoms include localized redness, hardening and ulceration of the skin as well as blisters and petechiae, while systemic symptoms include nausea, loss of digestive appetite, shortness of breath and high fever. In severe cases, it may also lead to a drop in blood pressure and unconsciousness. Necrotizing fasciitis causes localized skin necrosis, and patients gradually develop high fever, chills, and low blood pressure. If surgical treatment is not performed in time, the chances of the patient dying can be very high. It is recommended that the symptoms of necrotizing fasciitis should be diagnosed and treated in a timely manner. Prompt debridement and anti-infective treatment can significantly reduce the rate of death and disability.
