What is the maximum number of uterine fibroids that can be removed transvaginally?

Trans-laparoscopic myomectomy is generally advocated, preferably with no more than 3 fibroids, but it is possible to remove multiple fibroids if the surgeon is highly skilled. However, the removal of fibroids from the vagina is really difficult and allows very limited room for manipulation. So this requires that the surgeon must act according to his or her ability and size, and never act blindly. I have just done a case of 6 fibroids via vaginal myomectomy, so I will briefly introduce my surgical experience: 1. To determine the uterine mobility, make sure that the selected incision can turn out the uterine body after removing the largest fibroids, and then remove the other fibroids; 2. Select fibroids concentrated in the anterior or posterior wall, and small fibroids close to the main fibroids; 3. The selection of vaginal incision depends on the location of the largest fibroids, and the anterior and posterior fornix incisions are consistent with the fibroids The anterior and posterior fornix incision is consistent with the anterior and posterior walls.
