Diabetic gangrene patients keep their feet

In general, diabetes is an endocrine metabolic disorder that is the result of a combination of environmental and genetic factors. As a result of changes in the patient’s body, insulin is in a relatively insufficient state, which in turn induces abnormalities in the metabolism of proteins, sugars and fats, leading to more serious complications. What is the most effective treatment for rotten feet in diabetes has been a hot topic of discussion in the medical community. The first treatment that a patient with rotten feet should receive is open treatment measures. First, the health care provider will initially disinfect the infected wound and provide anti-infection treatment to the wound so that the necrotic tissue at the wound can be basically cleaned thoroughly and then strictly disinfected. To ensure the moistness of the wound, a special ointment is applied to the cleaned diabetic foot gangrene wound, along with physical therapy for 1 to 2 hours to stimulate the rapid growth of granulation tissue. In fact, many patients with rotten feet can be treated without amputation. President Song Ruichun, an expert in the treatment of diabetic gangrene in Henan Province, pointed out that if the patient can receive timely examination and thorough debridement, and take a combination of Chinese and Western medicine to control blood sugar, anti-infection, dilate blood vessels and nerve nutrition, we can ensure that the wound heals so that the patient’s foot is preserved.
