However, it is not suitable for patients with loose stools and little food, and cold spleen and stomach.
3. The efficacy of Poria cocos is diuresis and seepage of dampness, tranquilizing the heart and tranquilizing the mind, strengthening the spleen, mainly used for the treatment of spleen deficiency with low food intake, edema and urination, etc. It should be taken with caution in cases of deficiency of yin without dampness-heat, deficiency of cold and essence-slip, and deficiency of qi and sinking of the body.
