The normal value of neutrophils is (1.8~6.3)×10^9/L, and the decrease is not necessarily caused by leukemia, so no matter how low the count is, it is not possible to suspect or judge whether there is leukemia. 2. Neutrophils belong to white blood cells, which can participate in the body’s defense and anti-infection, and their low values may also be related to viral infections, parasitic diseases, typhoid fever and other diseases, whereas simple neutrophils are low and normal white blood cell counts are mostly of no clinical significance. 3. In the early stage of leukemia, adverse symptoms such as anemia, hemorrhage, enlarged lymph nodes and spleen may appear. Therefore, for people with low neutrophils, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time to improve the examination of bone marrow aspiration, fusion gene, immunophenotyping, etc., and make a comprehensive judgment by combining with the symptoms.
