Cock-eye, also known as internal strabismus, can be corrected by wearing glasses and surgery. 1. Wearing glasses: Most of the children’s strabismus is caused by over-adjustment. It is recommended to take the children for pupil dilation and optometry, which can be done by using atropine, and after the pupil dilation, it can be found out that the children are medium-high hyperopia. After the pupil dilatation, it can be found that the child has medium-high hyperopia. Medium-high hyperopia is caused by over-adjustment when looking at the near, resulting in adjustable inward slanting of the eyes. 2. Surgical method: Firstly, remove the adjustment factor, if the child’s internal strabismus still can’t be relieved, generally can use surgical method to correct the cross-eye. Correction of cross-eye is possible, but early intervention is necessary to obtain good treatment results.
