Positive lymph nodes are mainly considered to be lymph nodes that are enlarged for various reasons. Positive lymph nodes are mostly considered to be related to lymphadenitis, lymph node tuberculosis, lymphoma, lymphatic metastasis of malignant tumors and other factors.
1. Lymphadenitis: It is usually due to bacterial or viral infection of the body, which invades the lymph nodes and leads to lymphadenitis, which is mainly manifested in lymph nodes, thus leading to the appearance of positive lymph nodes. These enlarged lymph nodes are often tender to touch, soft, and have good mobility.
2. Lymph node tuberculosis: it may be due to the invasion of tubercle bacillus into the body and infection of lymph nodes, lymph node tuberculosis occurs, causing lymph node enlargement, which leads to lymph node positivity, often accompanied by low fever in the afternoon, emaciation, night sweating (sweating abnormally after going to sleep, and sweating stops after waking up) and other manifestations of tuberculosis toxicity.
3. Lymphoma or malignant tumor lymphatic metastasis: it can invade the related lymph nodes, and there will be enlargement of the invaded lymph nodes, which are hard, non-tender, with poor mobility and easy to be fused.
If the lymph nodes are positive, you should go to the hospital in time to clarify the cause of the disease and standardize the treatment.
