Anterior wall myocardial infarction is generally caused by atherosclerosis and stenosis in the lumen of the coronary artery supplying blood to the heart on the basis of plaque rupture to form an acute thrombus or coronary spasm resulting in lumen occlusion, which can cause persistent ischemia and hypoxia in the myocardium and necrosis, and the offender vessel of anterior wall myocardial infarction is mostly caused by anterior descending branch lesions. Many causative factors promote and trigger the occurrence of anterior wall infarction, such as smoking, heavy alcohol consumption, satiety, cold, excessive physical labor, emotional excitement, etc. Patients must go to the hospital immediately for specific diagnosis and treatment. ECG and triple infarction tests are needed for initial diagnosis, and emergency coronary angiography and emergency coronary stent implantation with corresponding medication are required for standardized treatment of myocardial infarction, if necessary.
