Fever with low white blood cells indicates symptoms of cold and fever caused by a viral infection. It may be caused by weather changes, adenovirus or respiratory syncytial virus, coronavirus and other germ infections. Fever caused by viral infection usually requires continuous treatment for about 1 week to recover. You can take ribavirin granules, oseltamivir phosphate granules, amantadine, and busulfan anti-inflammatory oral solution for treatment. If the temperature is below 38.5 degrees, you can use physical cooling methods, such as warm water bath therapy to treat it. If it exceeds 38.5 degrees, it is a case of high fever. The child’s temperature needs to be closely monitored to avoid high fever convulsions. Take ibuprofen suspension to reduce fever. Keep the air in the room during the illness to help dissipate heat and drink more plain water or juice to increase sweating.
