Pain and fever in the upper part of the forehead are usually related to bronchitis, pleurisy, tuberculosis and other diseases, which can be treated with general therapy and medication according to the cause.

For combined bacterial infection, cefradine and cefixime can be taken orally; for anaerobic infection, metronidazole and tinidazole can be taken orally.
And regarding Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection, oral isoniazid and ethambutol can be taken. For pain as well as fever, ibuprofen suspension can be taken orally, which has antipyretic and analgesic effects.
3. Tuberculosis: stimulation by Mycobacterium tuberculosis will cause swelling and pain, fever. Anti-Mycobacterium tuberculosis drugs such as isoniazid, rifampicin and streptomycin should be taken orally as soon as possible. For pain, oral indomethacin can be taken to relieve pain, and for temperature over 38.5 degrees, oral ibuprofen suspension is taken to reduce fever.
