The following are the most common sites of osteoporotic fractures in the elderly: hip, distal radius, spine, and humeral epicondylar neck: 1. hip: including femoral neck fracture and intertrochanteric fracture; 2. distal radius is dominated by cancellous bone, which is the site of early and serious osteoporotic fracture; 3. spine: raw vertebral compression fracture; 4. humeral epicondylar neck: also dominated by cancellous bone, the junction of cancellous bone and cortical bone is highly susceptible to fracture, and fracture is also more common here.
