The steps of debridement are roughly divided into preoperative preparation, initial wound treatment, re-treatment of the wound, and post-debridement wound treatment. 1. Pre-operation preparation: the operator wears a mask and a cap, washes his hands with the seven-step cleansing method and then wears sterile gloves. 2. Preliminary wound treatment: first cover the wound with sterile gauze, wash the skin around the wound 3 times with soapy water and sterile brush, then clean it with saline, then remove the gauze covering the wound and rinse the wound with saline, then rinse the wound with 3% hydrogen peroxide and then wash it with saline and dry the wound. 3. Re-treatment of the wound: first, disinfect the skin around the wound with iodophor 2-3 times, then anesthetize the periphery of the wound with 2% lidocaine local infiltration, trim the skin wound and remove the foreign bodies and blood clots, and finally clean the wound with 3% hydrogen peroxide and saline. 4. Wound treatment after debridement: after debridement, according to the wound condition, decide whether or not to put drainage and whether or not to close the wound in one stage, then disinfect the wound and cover it with sterile dressings after treatment.
