Can breast cancer heal itself?

Breast cancer is not self-curable, and can be treated by surgical excision, systemic chemotherapy and targeted drug therapy.
1. Surgical excision: the best treatment for benign breast tumors is surgical excision, which is the complete removal of benign breast tumors, but there may be adverse reactions such as necrosis of incision flap and accumulation of blood under the skin of the incision after the surgery.
2. Systemic chemotherapy: chemotherapy is used to kill breast tumor cells, inhibit the growth and reproduction of tumor cells, and promote the differentiation of tumor cells. However, it may kill normal cells and immune cells while killing tumor cells.
3. Targeted drugs: Targeted drugs for breast cancer treatment are mainly used for patients with positive HER2 gene, such as trastuzumab, patuximab and other drugs, which can be used before and after surgery.
Patients with breast cancer can choose the above options according to their own situation and under the guidance of doctors for treatment and medication.
