Thyroid ultrasound TI-RADS grading Ultrasound will TI-RADS grading as follows: Grade 0: no abnormalities on ultrasound in clinically suspected cases, additional tests are needed. Grade 1: Negative, with normal size and echogenicity of the gland, no nodules, cysts or calcifications. Grade 2: benign with 0% risk of malignancy, all requiring clinical follow-up. Grade 3: Probably benign with a risk of malignancy of <2< span="">%, may require puncture biopsy. Grade 4: malignant with a probable percentage of 5 to 50% need to be combined with clinical diagnosis! Grade 5: Suggests the greatest likelihood of cancer < 95% Grade 6: Cytologically detected cancer. Definite diagnosis of cancer!
