Breast cancer is getting younger! 5 types of people need early prevention

Nowadays, we often hear that girls in their 20s and 30s are suffering from breast cancer at a young age. Who is prone to get breast cancer? There are more and more young breast cancer patients, and we can see some women in their 20s and 30s getting breast cancer around us. A small percentage of people may have a specific gene related to breast cancer in their body. It can also be caused by diet and lifestyle habits, such as poor diet, mental stress and work pressure. However, there are many patients who do not see any cause. We do not have a definite explanation for this. However, in general, the highest incidence of breast cancer is still among women between 55 and 65 years old. The following 5 conditions are likely to increase the probability of breast cancer and should be prevented early: 1. The presence of specific genes in the body, such as BRCA1 and BRCA2, which can increase the probability of breast cancer many times. 2. 2. Having an immediate family member with breast cancer, such as mother, sister, daughter, etc. In this case, the probability of developing breast cancer is about 2 times higher than that of the average person. 3. Having bad living and eating habits, such as drinking alcohol or not exercising every day. 4. Gaining weight after menopause and becoming obese. 5. The hormones in your body are related to your life, for example, menstruation comes early, before the age of 12; menopause is late, after the age of 55. Or never have children, or have children after 30 years old. Early detection of breast cancer and screening is important: Breast cancer can be detected early through mammograms. It is generally recommended that women begin breast cancer screening after the age of 40, and the latest recommendation from the American Cancer Society is that women over the age of 45 should have an annual mammogram. This is the only and the best way to detect breast cancer early. Currently, there are two types of treatment for breast cancer: the first is local treatment, which is surgery to remove the tumor, followed by radiation therapy. The second one is systemic treatment, which is to prevent breast cancer recurrence. This kind of treatment is chemotherapy combined with targeted drugs, or to lower the hormones in the body by taking drugs.
