What are the discomforts of ligation?

Ligation includes both male ligation and female ligation. Male ligation may cause discomfort such as hematoma and pain, while female ligation may cause discomfort such as infection, pain, and stress. Male ligation requires a vasectomy, which is a less extensive procedure. If the wound is not properly cared for or if there is strenuous activity after the surgery, it may lead to symptoms such as hematoma as well as pain, and there may even be a slight oozing of blood from the wound site. Female sterilization requires tubal ligation surgery, after which the wound needs to be kept clean and dry, once the wound is exposed to water or irritation, it may lead to infection, localized pain or even pus. After female ligation, she loses the ability to bear children, and some women may experience mental stress. After male ligation and female ligation, the wounds should be well taken care of, and once there is localized blood seepage, pain, hematoma and other phenomena, timely examination and treatment should be carried out, so as not to affect the speed of the body’s recovery.
