How long it takes for a brain hemorrhage to heal needs to be determined by the extent of the patient’s condition. If the patient’s bleeding is small and the bleeding in the brain is controlled by treatment such as anticoagulation and hemostasis, the condition will generally stabilize in 7-14 days. Rehabilitation exercises are usually performed within one month. If patients actively exercise the affected limb, they can recover in about three months. Living with a light diet, controlling blood pressure, and keeping a relaxed mood can play a role in promoting recovery. If the patient has a large amount of bleeding and the surrounding brain tissue is damaged, it can lead to the sequelae of hemiplegia on one side of the limb. After controlling the cerebral hemorrhage, it takes about one year for rehabilitation. The prognosis is better if the patient is under the age of fifty, while recovery is difficult if the patient is over the age of fifty.
