Most of the fevers in patients with new crowns are low to moderate, mostly below 39°C, and there are even patients with no fever, which can be as severe as 39~40°C. New coronavirus infection, usually with fever, dry cough, fatigue, dyspnea as the first main symptom. Fever is a typical symptom, but the fever and temperature vary according to the severity of the disease. Patients with mild disease usually have a temperature of 37.5°C or less, patients with common type of novel coronavirus infection usually have a temperature of 38.5°C or less, and patients with severe and critical type of novel coronavirus pneumonia may have a high fever, which can reach a temperature of 39~40°C. A very small percentage of patients will have no symptoms of fever. To determine the severity of the new coronavirus pneumonia, we can not judge by the temperature, but need to combine with other clinical manifestations, imaging tests, etc. to comprehensively analyze and judge, and once diagnosed, we should promptly isolate and treat.
