How to remove fatty particles from eyes

Many patients often find white granules around the eyelids of both eyes, especially in female patients, which are considered to be fatty grains. The main component of fatty grains is keratinocyte protein, which is generally considered to be a cyst that may have formed during the healing process due to a blockage of keratin in the hair follicle that cannot be discharged properly, or due to trauma or skin defect. There are usually no uncomfortable manifestations, but many patients choose to treat them because they are distributed around the upper and lower eyelids and can affect their appearance. There are no particularly effective topical or oral medications, and a visit to a hospital dermatologist is generally recommended. The easiest way to consider this is to pick it off with a sterile needle. Usually, after the skin is disinfected, a small sterile needle is used to puncture the skin area and then squeeze out the fatty grains from it. However, not all fatty grains can be removed with a needle. For immature fatty grains that grow around the eyes, it is best not to use the needle method, as it can damage the epidermis of the skin. Alternatively, laser ablation can be considered. Therefore, it is recommended to visit the dermatology department of the hospital, because some are not fatty grains, but sweat duct tumors, or flat warts, the latter two diseases trying to pick through the needle method, is not effective, consider the laser removal.
