The sensation of jumping at the fracture may be due to the heavy fracture or the broken end of the fracture, which stimulates the surrounding nerves and blood vessels to produce a jumping sensation. The swelling of the fracture can be reduced by taking oral medication or mannitol, which will reduce the swelling and the sensation in about 5-7 days. If the fracture is heavily crushed, internal fixation with incision is required. If the fracture is less severe, external fixation in plaster can be given, and after fixation, it needs to be reviewed every one and a half months, and oral calcium gluconate, calcium carbonate, vitamin D3 and bone dragon capsule should be taken to connect the bone and replenish calcium.
