Does Fotaralin work for tendon sheath cysts?

The use of topical fotarolimus after a tendon sheath cyst is completely ineffective. Tendon sheath cysts are not painful and in the majority of cases they only have a localized occupying effect and only rarely affect joint movement. Fotarolimus is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug for the treatment of pain and its main effect is analgesic, and the use of fotarolimus for tendon sheath cysts is not very useful. Tendon sheath cysts are not painful, so Fotaralin loses its effect. Tendon sheath cysts do not subside or get smaller with the use of Fotarine, so there is no point in using Fotarine for tendon sheath cysts at all.
