Fine liver light spots are mostly caused by liver lesions. Inflammation of the liver, fibrosis of liver cells, alcoholic liver, fatty liver, liver ascites, early stage of liver cancer, etc., all have ultrasound suggesting fine liver light spots. Patients need further examination, such as blood routine, liver function, CT and other tests, to determine the cause of the disease comprehensively and treat it symptomatically.
Patients with symptoms such as nausea, liver pain, indigestion, and yellowing of the skin are mostly caused by more serious liver disease. The patient needs to be examined and treated in a timely manner because liver disease can easily deteriorate without timely treatment, and most liver diseases cannot be cured at advanced stages, and biopsies can be performed on some of the diseased cells to determine whether cancer has occurred.
Patients who have recently consumed too much alcohol, overworked, or stayed up late can also have damage to the liver cells, suggesting fine liver light spots. Patients need to have good habits, stay happy, don’t get angry, don’t smoke or drink, and don’t stay up too late to avoid abnormal liver metabolism.
Patients need to maintain a light diet. Oily and stimulating foods can increase the metabolic burden on the liver. Patients can eat more fresh fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins, and also from more liver-protective foods, such as walnuts, black rice, and fish.
