How to treat gastric and intestinal fluid

Gastrointestinal fluid is commonly seen in intestinal obstruction, pyloric obstruction, and gastroparesis after abdominal surgery. It is usually treated with gastrointestinal decompression and anti-inflammation. 1. Pyloric obstruction: Scarred pyloric obstruction is usually treated clinically with surgery to remove the scar and reconstruct the digestive tract. If surgery is not possible, endoscopic intervention is usually used. For edematous pyloric obstruction, fasting should also be done. Hypertonic saline is given for gastric lavage, and blood albumin is supplemented. 2. Intestinal obstruction: Intestinal obstruction should first be treated non-surgically. Fasting, gastrointestinal decompression, rehydration, decongestion and anti-inflammatory treatment should be given. If recurrence or strangulated intestinal obstruction occurs, timely surgery should be performed. 3. Gastroparesis after abdominal surgery: non-surgical treatment is generally adopted. Use metoclopramide with oral mosapride or intravenous erythromycin. If gastrointestinal fluid accumulation occurs, it is necessary to seek medical treatment as soon as possible to avoid delay in treatment.
