There is a hard bag at the right side of the ribs which is not painful when touched, which may be caused by old rib fracture, soft tissue blunt contusion and fibroma.

The right side of the ribs feel a hard bag without pain may have other reasons, should go to the regular hospital, by the doctor according to the symptoms, signs and auxiliary examination to determine the specific cause.
