Acute inferior wall myocardial infarction electrocardiographic manifestations

The ECG manifestations of acute inferior wall myocardial infarction, the infarction is graphically manifested in leads ll, lll, and avF. Typical ECG features are as follows: i. The presence of acute injurious block is manifested by widening of the R wave, prolongation of the ventricular wall excitation time, and prolongation of the QRS wave group time limit to 0.12 seconds. II. The ST segment in leads ll, lll, and avF is elevated arch-backward and upward in a monophasic curve pattern. Third, the amplitude of the T wave is increased, elevated and upright, resembling the change of hyperkalemia. Fourth, as the disease progresses, pathological Q waves appear in the ll, lll, and avF leads.
