How to Exercise for Wrist Weakness

The common exercise method for patients with wrist weakness is mainly based on resistance exercise training.
1. Wrist flexion and extension resistance exercise training: the patient takes a standing position, the distance between the two feet and the shoulder width, the right hand crosses the waist, the left hand holds the dumbbell to do the left wrist flexion and extension movement (tiger’s mouth to the right), alternating between the two hands.
2. Wrist ulnar-radial flexion resistance exercise training: the patient takes the standing position, the distance between the two feet and the shoulder width, the right hand crosses the waist, the left hand holds the dumbbell to do the left wrist flexion and extension movement (tiger’s mouth upward), alternating between the two hands.
2. Wrist rotation resistance exercise training: patients take a standing position, feet shoulder-width apart, right hand waist, left hand holding a dumbbell naturally down, do the left wrist rotation movement, that is, rotate forward, neutral position, rotate backward movement in turn. Alternate between the two hands.
It is recommended that patients exercise under the guidance of professionals to avoid adverse consequences.
