Enlarged hilum is usually a manifestation of lung abnormality, and this single symptom cannot confirm the diagnosis of cancer. Lung enlargement is a common clinical manifestation, which may be caused by inflammation, tuberculosis and other benign diseases, or caused by lung cancer, but it is not specific, and cannot be identified as lung cancer with a single symptom of lung enlargement, and requires further improvement of other examinations. If there is a high suspicion of lung cancer with enlarged hilums, it is necessary to do CT enhancement scanning, and if necessary, bronchoscopy and biopsy of pathological tissues to make a clear diagnosis. If the diagnosis of lung cancer is confirmed by pathology, surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy should be adopted in a timely manner to stabilize the condition so as not to aggravate it continuously.
