Tobramycin Dexamethasone Ophthalmic Ointment is indicated for ophthalmic inflammation sensitive to adrenal glucocorticosteroids, or conditions with infection or risk of infection; it is used to reduce the symptoms of oedema and exudation caused by infections of various tissues of the eye, and can also be used for chronic inflammatory, radiological, chemical, burning, and foreign body penetration injuries, and as a prophylaxis to reduce the risk of various types of pathogenic infections. Patients may experience adverse reactions such as increased intraocular pressure, burning pain, stinging, dryness, itching, congestion, blurred vision, dysgeusia, and allergic reactions.
