Cervical polyps, cervical submucosal tumors or cervical malignant tumors are usually found on the cervix. If the cervical polyps are large, they may be visible with the naked eye using a vaginal speculum. 1. Cervical polyps: usually cervical polyps are relatively small and brittle and easy to bleed, even with the use of a vaginal speculum, may not be able to observe with the naked eye. However, if the cervical polyp is large, it may be visible with a vaginal speculum. 2. Cervical submucosal leiomyoma: Submucosal leiomyoma of the cervix is usually small and may not be directly visible with the naked eye even with a vaginal speculum. 3. Malignant tumors of the cervix: If the malignant tumors of the cervix grow rapidly, are large in size, and have a large difference in color from the normal cervical mucosa, they may be able to be seen with the naked eye using a vaginal speculum. If there is cervical redundancy recommended to go to the hospital in a timely manner, not unauthorized use of vaginal speculum, early formal treatment.
