Self-testing tips for cervical spondylosis

  1.Do you often feel numbness in your hands? Do you find numbness on the side when you wake up?  2.Is there any pain, tugging, numbness and other unusual sensations in the head, neck and shoulder area with corresponding pressure points?  3.Do you often feel dizziness, blurred vision and headache?  4.Do you feel abnormal heart rhythm or pain in the precordial region?  5.Do you often feel weakness in the lower limbs, unstable gait or trembling?  6.Is there frequent ringing in the ears?  7.Is there frequent nausea, vomiting, excessive sweating, no sweating, bradycardia or tachycardia, or uneven breathing rhythm?  8. Has there been any sudden loss of muscle strength in the upper extremities, or any falling of objects to the ground?  9.Have you ever had a history of sudden collapse? In other words, when walking, the muscle strength suddenly decreases when turning the head, and the legs become weak or fall to the ground, but the patient can stand up and continue the original activity.  10.Have you ever had any urinary disorder or gastrointestinal disorder?
