Tuberculosis caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection will appear as foci in the lungs, and the lesions will appear as pulmonary nodules, and this feature is commonly seen with different manifestations, which can generally appear as alveolar nodules with small patchy shadows, centered on both sides of the hilum, spreading outward continuously, and the nodular shadows can appear as hairy glass-like changes in smaller patients, and in larger ones as round, dumbbell-shaped tuberculosis balls. There are fibrous calcified lesions. In addition, there are dry, waterless tuberculosis lesions, such as granulomas in case of caseous pneumonia, and even severe compression of the airway, causing wheezing and shortness of breath. The symptoms of wheezing and shortness of breath can be gradually relieved by good anti-tuberculosis medication.
