In hypertensive patients with simple elevated low pressure or predominantly elevated diastolic blood pressure, the main factor affecting low pressure, i.e. diastolic blood pressure, is increased peripheral vascular resistance. Often associated with an unhealthy lifestyle: 1, high stress, long-term tension, sympathetic hyperexcitability, promoting the release of norepinephrine, vasoconstriction, resulting in increased peripheral resistance; 2, excessive salt intake, smoking, alcohol abuse can lead to increased diastolic blood pressure; 3, less physical or physical activity; 4, long-term reference to a large number of sugary drinks, resulting in obesity and metabolic disorders.
