Does a new crown give you a sore throat?

Symptoms of sore throat may be present in confirmed cases of neocoronary pneumonia, but they are generally not present in asymptomatic infected individuals. Neocoronavirus is the abbreviation of novel coronavirus pneumonia. Symptoms of neocoronavirus pneumonia mainly include fever, dry cough, malaise, loss of smell and taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, and diarrhea, etc. Therefore, a sore throat is a part of sore throat, which is a part of the symptoms of neocoronavirus pneumonia. Currently, human infections with the new coronavirus can be characterized by asymptomatic infections and confirmed cases, for which patients with confirmed infections may show the above obvious or self-perceived symptoms. In asymptomatic patients, however, there are no clinical manifestations of the above, as well as other self-perceived or clinically recognizable signs and symptoms. Asymptomatic infections can only be detected with the help of new coronavirus pathogenetic tests and serologic tests. Therefore, it is impossible to rule out the possibility of infection with novel coronaviruses based on symptoms alone. Tip: In this article, the terms “neocoronavirus pneumonia and novel coronavirus pneumonia” were renamed to “novel coronavirus infection” on December 26, 2022, as announced by the National Health Commission.
