Is there a new sampling method for nucleic acid testing?

The sampling methods currently used in our country for nucleic acid testing have existed before, and there are no new methods.

There are more types of nucleic acid tests, commonly used are blood sampling, pharyngeal swabs, nasal swabs, digestive secretions and so on. It is necessary to choose the appropriate sampling method according to different pathogens.

Nucleic acid tests used in clinical practice include neococcal pneumonia virus, hepatitis B virus and hepatitis C virus. Among them, the nucleic acid test for C.N.C.P.V. is currently the most used, with throat swabs for the general population, nasopharyngeal swabs for those in medium and high-risk areas, and blood sampling being less common.

Hepatitis B virus nucleic acid test, and hepatitis C virus nucleic acid test, are generally used to draw blood.

If nucleic acid testing is required, one should first visit the hospital and choose the appropriate sampling method according to the purpose of the test.
