Full procedure of hysteroscopic polyp removal

Endometrial polyps are a relatively common gynecological disease in women. Once there are endometrial polyps, they cannot be removed by simply taking medication, but need to go to the hospital for hysteroscopic polyp removal surgery to be completely removed. The hysteroscopic polyp removal surgery is a minimally invasive surgery and the procedure is not complicated. Before doing the hysteroscopic polyp removal surgery, you need to do a series of health checks, such as routine blood, coagulation function, infectious 4 and liver and kidney function, to ensure that the health of the body can do this surgery. Before the surgery, an infusion of anti-inflammatory fluids is required, and then inside the operating room, the anesthesiologist will first inject anesthetic drugs to put the patient into a coma. After the anesthesia has taken effect, the surgeon will disinfect the skin and then place the mirror needed for the lumpectomy into the uterine cavity. Once the hysteroscope is inserted into the uterine cavity, the reflected image of the mirror will appear on the computer and the surgeon will perform the removal and separation of the polyps according to the location of the polyps shown on the computer. After the polyps are removed, the surgery is over when the patient wakes up from the anesthetic medication. Although the whole process of hysteroscopic polyp removal is relatively simple, the whole procedure is still complicated and requires a highly trained and educated surgeon to perform the procedure.
