The patient, a male, presented with a primary cause of trauma to the upper anterior teeth. Examination revealed a crown fracture of the upper right central incisor with exposed dentin and unexposed pulp, percussion (-), and X-rays showed no root abnormalities. Treatment plan: 1, due to the slightly crowded and twisted teeth, it is recommended that the upper right 1 be restored with a full crown after pulp debridement, which can achieve the best aesthetic effect. 2, porcelain veneers to restore the tooth defect, minimally invasive treatment preserves the pulp and most of the tooth tissue, but the tooth torsion can only be improved to a limited extent. Due to the patient’s request to minimize the grinding of teeth, the shape of the torsion of the tooth does not mind, the final choice of porcelain veneers, the patient is satisfied with the treatment results.
