The traditional surgical method, whether by cutting, scraping, or chipping, is to remove the parietal glands from the axilla. The method is to make one or two cuts in the area where the axillary hair grows, then remove the parietal glands from the subcutaneous tissue, and then stitch the skin together. However, the disadvantage of this surgery is that the wound is not easy to take care of, it is easy to get wound infection, and it will leave scars under the armpit. It affects arm uplift and is now mostly eliminated. At present, minimally invasive small incision armpit sniff removal surgery is popular and accepted. This method involves making a small “M” shaped incision of about 1cm along the natural folds of the skin in the armpit, turning the flap of tissue in the armpit out, and removing the sweat gland bacteria follicle particles that trigger axillary sniffing one by one. The operation takes only one hour and is wrapped for 7 days. In this way, the root cause of armpit smell is eradicated without damaging other tissues in the armpit, and the arm can move freely.
