Indications: 1) AAA with a tumor diameter >5cm or a rapidly increasing tumor, usually >0.5cm within 6 months; 2) AAA with symptoms (pain, compression, etc.); 3) AAA tending to rupture; 4) proximal neck length >15mm; 5) proximal neck diameter <28mm, iliac artery or femoral artery >7mm; 6) proximal neck angulation <60? 7, no severe calcification or thrombus in the neck of the aneurysm; 8, no allergy to contrast media; Contraindications: 1, proximal aneurysm neck length <15mm; 2, external iliac artery diameter <6mm; 3, proximal aneurysm neck angle >60; 4, multiple sclerotic plaques or torsion of the iliac artery >90; 5, with extensive calcification; 6, the inferior mesenteric artery is the main source of blood supply to the colon.
