Pancreatitis is dominated by cholecystitis, and biliary pancreatitis is the most common, most of which are manifestations of pancreatitis combined with cholecystitis. The clinical symptoms are as follows: 1. abdominal pain, generally the abdominal pain is mainly in the upper abdomen, or 2-3 horizontal fingers above the umbilicus, with cholecystitis will appear right upper abdominal pain; 2. duration, generally will last for several hours, some people may continue to be difficult to relieve, or accompanied by nausea, vomiting symptoms, some will have radiation pain in the back of the shoulder, some will be accompanied by fever; 3. other manifestations such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension, and even diarrhea most of which are of medical origin. The clinical treatment is as follows: 1) fasting; 2) adequate fluid replacement. When you have pancreatitis, it is generally recommended to replenish fluids in about 4,000 ml within 24 hours as much as possible, and at the same time give anti-infective treatment, the commonly used antimicrobial drugs clinically are cephalosporins, quinolones, anaerobes and carbapenems. Finally, enzyme-inhibiting drugs such as octreotide or growth inhibitors, acid-inhibiting drugs such as omeprazole should be given intravenously, as well as rehydration and nutritional support therapy, and symptomatic support therapy such as gastrointestinal decompression should be given.
