Which type of lung cancer is good to treat

Peripheral lung adenocarcinoma is relatively better to be treated, mostly seen in women, prone to pleural effusion, and can be treated with surgical resection if found early. Central type squamous lung cancer has relatively poorer treatment effect, and when found, it is mostly in middle or late stage, with no indication for surgery, and can only be given radiotherapy, chemotherapy or other treatments. Therefore, lung cancer needs early diagnosis, early detection and early treatment. Especially peripheral lung adenocarcinoma can be best treated with surgery at an early stage. If the gene-targeting test is positive, it can be combined with gene-targeting drug therapy to effectively prolong the survival period of patients and improve their quality of life. Compared with peripheral lung cancer, central squamous lung cancer has a poorer prognosis, while peripheral lung adenocarcinoma and squamous lung cancer have a relatively better prognosis and more treatment means, especially surgical resection can be considered for treatment. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify whether it is squamous carcinoma, adenocarcinoma and central lung cancer or peripheral lung cancer as early as possible in order to provide patients with effective treatment.
